About Me

My photo
Smurrf30
I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2011 with a B.S. in Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics. Currently I work for WIC as a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have played wheelchair basketball the last 15 years of my life and have loved every minute of it. I am looking to help the general population and disabled athletes with their diet. Nutrition can be poorly understood, so this blog aims to increase general knowledge about nutrition with a focus on individuals with disabilities.
